ADMISSIONS OPEN FOR GRADE Pre Nursery to IX FOR SESSION 2024-25

When a child begins school, it is a big phase not only for the child but for the whole family. We understand this, therefore, warmly invite prospective children and parents to familiarise themselves with the school prior to admission. We will be very happy to take the parents around the school and offer them the opportunity to ask questions.

Parents are free to call within school working hours and make an appointment.

Admission Procedure

At the time of Admission, the following documents are to be submitted to the administrative office:

  • Duly filled and signed Admission Form.
  • Four Passport size color photographs of the child.
  • Proof of date of birth (Issued by Municipal Corporation or any authorized competent authority).
  • The Transport Form (If School transport needs to be availed).
  • Photocopy of the previous school final exam report card of the previous class.
  • Two Passport size photographs of parents or guardians, for escort pass.
  • Child Medical record by doctor only.
  • Transfer Certificate from previous school

School Office Hours

  • Admission forms will be accepted during School office hours.
  • The School remains open for all enquiries related to admissions from Monday to Saturday (8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.)

  • (MANDATORY)Online transaction reference number needs to be sent to info@salvationtree.edu.in with fee/dues details along with admission number, month for payment and for due(s) 
  • Mention student’s name, class, admission number & mobile number at the back of the Cheque (MANDATORY)
  • Deposited school fee is non refundable.
  • Monthly fee to be paid by the 10th day of the month. However a late fee of Rs 10/- per day
    shall be charged from the 11th day of the month onwards. 

FEE POLICY

  • Fees are payable before 10th day of relevant month
  • Annual discount of 10% applicable if fees are paid by April 10
  • Semi annual discount of 5% applicable if fees are paid by April 10 and October 10
  • Quarterly discount of 2% applicable if fees are paid by April 10, July 10, October 10 and January 10
  • Late fee of Rs. 10 per day charged for unpaid fees from 10th day
  • Late fee of Rs. 50 per day charged for unpaid fees from 15th day
  • Registration and Admission fee payable at admission

SIBLING DISCOUNT

  • 10% on Tuition fees for younger sibling
  • 50% on Admission fees
